How to watermark a PDF

  1. Open your PDF.
  2. Click Download.
  3. Tick Add a watermark and type the text, for example CONFIDENTIAL, DRAFT or your company name.
  4. Download: the watermark is placed diagonally across every page.

Use your logo as a watermark

For an image watermark, add your logo with Image, make it large, and lower its opacity in the bar above the page so the text shows through. Copy it to other pages with Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V.
