How to add page numbers
- Open your PDF.
- Click Download.
- Tick Add page numbers, then choose the position (bottom centre, bottom right, bottom left, top centre or top right) and the format: "1", "1 / 10" or "Page 1 of 10".
- Download the numbered PDF.
Before you number
Put the pages in the right order first: in the Pages panel you can drag pages to reorder them, delete blank ones, and rotate any that are sideways. If you need to merge several files into one document before numbering, add them with Merge PDF.
