How to make a certificate

  1. Choose Certificate of achievement, Course completion or Certificate of appreciation.
  2. Click the recipient's name and type the real name; change the text that says what the certificate is for.
  3. Add your school or company logo with Image and the date.
  4. Sign it with Sign, or leave the signature line empty to sign by hand after printing.
  5. Download the PDF and print it on thick paper or send it by email.

Certificates for many people

Making certificates for a whole class or team? Finish the first one, then use Duplicate page in the Pages panel and change only the name on each copy. You get one PDF with a page per person, ready to print in one go.
