Flipit Free is a free online file converter. It started as an image compressor and now handles 2,420 conversions (archive, audio, document, ebook, font, image, pdf, presentation, spreadsheet, vector and video).
How it works
Your file is uploaded over an encrypted connection, converted on our server with open-source engines (libvips, FFmpeg, LibreOffice, Pandoc, Calibre, Ghostscript and Inkscape), and sent straight back to your browser. Nothing is kept afterwards.
What we are adding
Our catalogue lists 194 formats across 12 categories. Conversions that are not ready yet are clearly marked soon; we only switch one on once it really works.
